Nailing battens for frames are typically made from a particleboard core that we wrap in white foil.
Pedestals
We typically have steel in-house to produce most profiles requested by customers for their projects. If a production run is necessary, we obtain it from our steel supplier.
Panels
We create panels according to the customer's preferences, wrapping in the desired foil or veneer.
Profiles
We use our machines and tools to produce wrapped profiles in the core material required by the customer with the profile requested. In cases where we do not have access to the appropriate tooling, we obtain it from our supplier.
Carcassing, shelves & cabinets
Shelves and frame materials are typically made from laminated MDF or particleboard. The advantage lies in the ability to wrap around the long sides, eliminating the need for edging.
